Policies For Current Purchasures

Repair Grants:

• Eligible to apply every 6 months (NOT eligible within the FIRST 6 months of purchase)
• UP TO $400 to go towards the property 
• MUST be current with payments
• Go to Hutchinson Escrow to fill out the grant application 

Promise To Pays:

• Can sign a promise to pay every 6 months (NOT eligible within the FIRST 6 months of purchase)
• Maximum of 2 Promise to Pays per year
• Go to Hutch Escrow to fill out the promise to pay form
