The History of Hutchinson Escrow Services, Inc.
In 1993 Gary Eggers purchased the escrow company and began administering "contract for deed" sales within his current company, Hutchinson Title Company. In 2004 Gary sold the title portion of the business to Security 1st Title and retained the escrow portion of the business, calling it Hutchinson Escrow Service.
In January 2013 Michelle Fogelson was hired as the Office Manager and began the process of learning the business. She worked alongside Gary becoming an expert in the "contract for deed" process as well as developing and maintaining relationships with the long-term customers.
In September 2018 Gary decided it was time to retire and he offered the business to Michelle. After a lot of consideration and even more prayer, Michelle, along with her husband Kenny, decided to purchase the business. October 1, 2018, they became the proud owners of Hutchinson Escrow Services, Inc.
Kenny worked alongside Michelle from October 2018 through January 2019 when he returned to his own business, Fogelson Maintenance and Repairs. In February 2019 Michelle hired her daughter, Whitney Ossola, to be the Administrative Assistant and learn the family business.
Kenny and Michelle have two daughters, Whitney and Madison. They also have furbabies, Zeek, Sugar, Elijah and Parsley.
When not at work, you will find Michelle training her dog Zeek for agility and obedience trials, reading a book or watching TV.
Michelle and Kenny are proud followers of our Lord Jesus Christ and attend CrossPoint Church where Michelle is active in the Ladies Ministry and the Prayer Team and Kenny leads a Guest Services team.

Whitney lives with her partner, Raegan. They have furbabies, Tilly, Rune, Zuko, Sage, Noah, Chester and Bandit.
Whitney is an avid gamer and also trains her dogs Tilly, Rune and Zuko for competition.
